My name is Leo van Zundert, I am your real estate advisor to guide you in the search for and purchase of your property on the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida.Our office is located at Avd. de Londres 1A Local 18, 03177 San Fulgencio.


My entire working life I have been active in the housing market, in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Spain. My education is Architecture and HTS Business Administration. I started VZM Makelaar because I know from experience that many (potential) buyers are often not properly informed and guided in the purchase of a property in Spain and sometimes make too impulsive decisions. I want to prevent all this and my objective is therefore to guide and inform people in the right way. My starting point is quality and not quantity so that I have all the time for you, and that you have done business with me as a satisfied customer.


From the moment you contact me for the purchase of a property on the Costa Blanca or Costa Calida, I will discuss with you in detail what your wishes are, what your budget is, where you want to live, what kind of house are you looking for. it as a holiday home or for permanent residence. For this it is important that you use our form, on which you can make your wishes known. As soon as I am well informed, I can start looking for the house of your wishes specifically for you. I will go through a number of eligible properties with you and make an appointment for a viewing, after which we can make a selection together.

In addition, we guide you in your own language with the purchase of your dream home in Spain, our lawyer also speaks Dutch, Spanish, French and English.
