Built in 2012, it is one of the largest in the province of Alicante.
It covers 161 000 square meters. With more than 150 stores. There are large branches of well-known brands, but also many small cozy shops.
This of course makes shopping super fun.

The La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center is open air.
You can walk under the awnings in the colorful shopping streets.
The colors used are natural Mediterranean colors such as yellow and ocher. This enhances the southern atmosphere of the shopping center.
The planting with olive trees, among others, makes shopping pleasant.
Parking and shops
There is a spacious underground parking.
But there is also ample parking space around the shopping center.
The shops are located on the ground floor, depending on which entrance you choose. We'll discuss them a little further.
On the first floor there is a wide range of restaurants and bars.
The children 's play area is also on the first floor . A real children's paradise.
On the ground floor there is a bowling alley with adjoining restaurant. The play paradise for adults.
There are sufficient and very clean toilets on all floors. All toilets are wheelchair accessible.
The various lifts are also spacious enough for wheelchairs and prams.
The lifts are located right next to the Alcampo department store and in the main square.
It is certainly fun to go to La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center with children. There is a play area on the first floor with carousels and bouncy castles.
In addition, on the ground floor, in the central square, there is a play area for the little ones.
But there are also “dancing” fountains. The attraction to cool off .
It's really fun for the kids to play among those dancing fountains on one of the many beautiful summer days.
There is also an activity on the central square almost every day for young and old.
This can be about video games, a football match, dancing, singing, the arrival of the “three kings”…
And just in front of the “Alcampo” there is a rental of carts or animals for the children to drive.

Especially on weekends and holidays it is really busy in La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center
After all, many people who stay at Orihuela Costa make a day out of it.
La Zenia is also a popular shopping center for the Spaniards for all their purchases.

As already mentioned there is a pasta buffet at:
Muerde La Pasta : It really is
all you can eat pasta and pizza.
You pay 10 euros during the week in the afternoon and 14 euros in the evening and during the weekend.
Children are of course welcome. But also fond of.
It is sometimes very busy, the Spaniards are often in a queue.
Another form of all you can eat is Che Argentino.
It is a different style, where you can eat excellent grilled meat. It is nice that the waiters bring your meat to the table with large long skewers. There is a pleasant atmosphere.
And you can certainly eat your belly round.
Right next door is Foster's Hollywood. A mix between Tex Mex and American burgers. We think their burgers are excellent and at a fair price.
A little further is Tommy Mel. It's an "American" restaurant. The milkshakes are very popular. The attractive thing is of course the terrace with a sea view.
On the other side there is an Asian wok buffet . In the buffet there is a wide choice of Asian cuisine. But also ……Spanish food.
There are also many possibilities to eat a snack e.g. Burger King, Subway, Mr Pizza, Montaditos, Lizarran…..
